Information on withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you acquires possession of the goods.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear statement of your intention to withdraw (for example, by post or email) to the following address: returns@relovestyle.com 

You exercise your right of withdrawal within the deadline if you send your withdrawal notice before the expiry of the deadline specified above.

Legal effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse the price of the goods without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method within 14 days. We will use the same payment method as the one used for the original transaction for the refund, unless you expressly consent to a different payment method; you will not incur any additional costs as a result of using this refund method.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have provided proof that you have sent it back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the product to us or our logistics partner without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of communicating your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the product back before the 14-day deadline has expired.

We will not accept products returned without prior request for return.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund.

Exclusion/expiration of the right of withdrawal:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need a proof of purchase or receipt.

Damages and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong product so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.

•In the event of defective performance, we will proceed according to the warranty rules (repair/replacement/price reduction/withdrawal in the legal order).
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal hygiene products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific product. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards. Any sale item is considered to be a product that was sold at a reduced price rather than the original price listed.

Exchange

Since outlet items are available in limited quantities and sell out quickly, direct exchanges are rarely possible. You may return the item for a full refund and place a new order for a different item or size.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the existing product and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new product separately.
